Prospective Manchester United signing Raphael Varane has looked ahead to "a new chapter" ahead of his transfer from Real Madrid.

The 29-year-old Argentine international signs a three-year contract
Sevilla FC have come to an agreement for the signing of the Argentine winger, Erik Lamela. The player signs for three seasons and joins from Tottenham Hotspur where he spent the previous eight campaigns. Lamela has also played 25 games for Argentina, scoring three goals. He will wear the number 17.
Born in Carapachay 29 years ago, Lamela joined the youth ranks of River Plate at a young age. At only 17 years of age his first chance in the first team would come in the Clausura 2009 and he made himself a regular by 2010, scoring two goals in the Apertura. By the Clausura 2011 he started every game and scored two goals, however River Plate would find themselves relegated.
The clubs have agreed a fee believed to be worth £41m including add-ons for the France defender, subject to a medical and player terms being finalised.
Varane, 28, is departing after 10 years with Real Madrid, in which he has helped them win four Champions League titles and three La Liga crowns.
